Surprise Honeymoon!!!

We are outta here!!! So excited to head on the beginning of our Honeymoon, to Salt Lake City!!! That's all I knew. I didn't know what hotel or where we were going after that. Everything was a surprise except for the jazz game. Sheldon did an excellent job surprising me! It was the best Honeymoon Ever!!!
Our hotel was a surprise to me, and boy was I surprised. The outside looked a little hesitant, but the inside was AMAZING!!! We had the theme room 'Bridal Veil Falls Suite' and it was so cool! Our bed was in a tree and the shower was a waterfall. How cool! The little table and chairs was really cute. We had a fun honeymoon basket that Ains gave us that we enjoyed our first night!
We got breakfast in bed every morning!
We spent New Year's Eve on Temple Square! Sheldon surprised me and took me to the Roof inside the Joseph Smith Building. It was a yummy buffet full of salads, veggies & dips, soups, main courses, and a crazy desert bar. Because it was New Year's Eve, we got cute little hats and blow horns and necklaces, and our table was covered in confetti. The best part was our view of the Salt Lake Temple! You couldn't have gotten closer or had a prettier view!
The lights are always my favorite and I look forward to it every year!
I got to go to my first College and Jazz basketball game ever!!! It was so much fun and the Jazz WON!! We got cool matching shirts and had a great time cheering them on with thousands of other fans.
Then came the next surprise on Sunday morning! My very first flight ever on an airplane to Las Vegas!!! I was so surprised and very excited to go!!!
We flew out of Salt Lake City and had a great ride! Very fast, only an hour.
It was fun to look out the window and see it change from snow to dirt. The Vegas airport was alot bigger than the Salt Lake City airport.
We stayed at the Circus-Circus hotel and it had an adventuredome inside of it. We enjoyed miniature golfing and riding the rides our first day there.
We saw the show at Treasure Island where they sink the ship. It was really cool and fun to see.
We went to Body Worlds at the Luxor Hotel. Body World's is an exhibit that shows real human bodies, exhibiting the different muscles, bones, veins, arteries and organs. It was so cool to see in real life and fun to be able to name all the body parts.
We loved M&M World!! We were so hungry, we wanted to eat all the M&M's, but we didn't have a million dollars to afford them, hehe. It was a very fun and bright store.
Then we went to cocoa-cola world and we were thirsty. Nothing better than a fresh coke from their original bottle. Sheldon was a little scared of the dressed up bear. They had all sorts of different flavors of coke.
We went to CSI: The Experience and that was a lot of fun. Even Sheldon enjoyed it and was excited. We got to solve our own case! They had an actual scene and then you go to use real high tech equipment to solve your case. we had so much fun and solved our case~!
The Best Surprise and the whole reason we came to Vegas was to see the Play, Phantom of the Opera!! My absolute favorite play EVER!!! I was so surprised and excited and it was even better when we got there. We had great seats, right next to where the chandelier falls. But when the usher was showing us our seats, she said she had 2 row seats that we could have if we wanted. They were empty so we could upgrade our seats to $300 seats for FREE!!!! How could we pass that up! It was the best spot in the house! We were surrounded by the smoke and were right next to where the fireworks went off, and best of all, was watching the people sitting underneath the chandelier. They all looked like they had just peed their pants. It was priceless
The Bellagio fountains were very impressive. They are choreographed to music and shoot up so high! It is amazing what they could do with water! I could watch them all night long. I would have loved to have stayed in the Bellagio, then I could watch the fountains from my room. Las Vegas was very fun if you didn't look at the ground or the billboards or breath! Other than that it was a blast. Sheldon and I ended up getting a little sick because our lungs weren't used to all of the smoke. My contacts needed changing when I got home.
The mirage had a lot of cool features. A man made volcano, fountains, a large aquarium and a tropical rain forest inside.

We heard Caesar's Palace was pretty impressive and we read where there were sharks in the reef and they were feeding at 7:00 p.m. We got there, and there were no sharks :( but they did have manta rays, and they were cool to see. I had never seen them before
The Secret Garden was probably one of our favorite places we went to. I got to dolphins for the first time!!! I was so so so very excited. They have been my favorite animal for as long as I could remember and I had never seen one before. They are amazing mammals. To watch them swim, jump, eat, talk, flip was so much fun. I could have stayed there all day! I wanted to jump in there so bad to go swimming with them!
At the Secret Garden they also had lions, tigers, black panthers, birds, and llamas. The Lions were sleeping on each other and were so cute. There were two Siberian tigers and they had cubs in another cage. They were a cute family. There was another huge tiger. He was half as big as the tree. We had a Blast!
Back in the Las Vegas Airport waiting for our flight. Our flight was at 11 and they wanted us there 3 hours early, so we left the hotel at 7:25 on the shuttle. It took us 20 minutes to get through everything, so I took an hour nap in my seat. We were so tired and had a very fun and busy week.
Our flight was delayed because they closed the Salt Lake Airport due to fog. Our pilot made up for the time and instead of an hour and 11 minute flight, it was like a 45 minute flight. It was so fast and you could feel it. I loved it. Take off and landing tickled my tummy.
Our airplane going home.
Going through the terminal
The view from my seat on the plane.

Inside the plane.
Very sad to leave and not to mention the 4 canker sores in my mouth that wouldn't go away.

WE DID IT!!!! After a 5 month engagement, we finally did it!!! It was a FREEZING and WINDY day. But, the BEST DAY EVER. I married the right person, in the right place, at the right time. In the Twin Falls LDS Temple is where Sheldon and I were sealed for time and all eternity! I wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life with any one else besides Sheldon by my side. He is my husband, my love, my best friend. He is there when I need him and when I don't. He is loving, caring, intelligent, willing to do anything for anyone, hard working, happy, exciting, funny, down to earth, the perfect person for me!
Sheldon and I had to be there at 9:30 and we were sealed at 11:00 a.m. President Paul Young performed the sealing. He is such a special and worthy man. President Young gave both Sheldon and I our Patriarchal Blessings and is a long time family friend. It was very special to have him and his loving wife there. It couldn't have been better. Sister Nelson the Temple President's wife gave me some great council. She is a neat lady. Sheldon and I got some time to spend together before the ceremony. I didn't get nervous until I saw President Young, then I was really nervous and excited and started shaking. It was great to have all of our parents and grandparents their. It meant a lot to me.

It was so neat and a blessing to have so much family and friends there to celebrate this special day with us. We have the best and couldn't ask for anything more than a supportive and loving family.
These pictures were short and sweet because it was so cold to be outside! But they turned out great and showed a great memory.

We had our luncheon at Johnny Carino's, my 2nd favorite restaurant. It was so yummy and so much fun to get to visit with everyone and those who had traveled and we don't get to see as much.

We were so tired, and had a long drive (a whopping 3 hrs), so we took a little nap on the ride home from Twin.
