Another Wonderful Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving was the start of many great Thanksgiving's to come. It was Sheldon's and mine very first Thanksgiving together, and boy was it a good one. We started off the by going to Grandma & Grandpa Beck's home for Thanksgiving dinner. All of the siblings and cousins were there and it was great to have the whole family together. We had a great dinner filled with lots and lots of great food. Then we ended with dessert at the Mallory side. We played the wii and the boys played basketball, and me and Camille played with the babies! And completed the day by taking pictures out in the beautiful snow with some green snow covered pine trees.
We surprised Mason and took him to the new Harry Potter movie. It was so fun to see the look on his face when we showed up to the movie theater. He has the biggest smile on his face, but then had an alarmed look when he said, "mom and dad know I'm here, right?" He is such a good kid and is always trying to do the right thing. He kept giving me hugs and saying thank you all night.
And of course Thanksgiving isn't Thanksgiving unless we go see Santa turn on the lights on the Rupert Square, walk around the Festival of Trees, and get an eggnog shake. We completed all of the Above!!!!
I just love being home, and with all of the snow and closed roads, I tried real hard to be able to stay in Burley forever.....Someday! This was definitely a memorable Thanksgiving and much to be thankful for! Sheldon, my family, my new family to be, an education, temples, friends, snow, holidays to share with loved ones, and so much more!

~*Bridal Showers*~

I have got to be the luckiest Bride in the whole world, with the best families (both now and soon to be)!!!! My first Bridal Shower was on November 24, 2010 the day before Thanksgiving. Ains, Melissa, and CeLes did such an excellent job. I walked in and instantly felt loved. They put so much work into making this a memorable shower for me. Melissa's house was decorated to the hilt with a drink table, food table, party favor table, bride's chair, a sign welcoming everyone to my bridal shower, and so much more. The decorations were so cute!!! The colors matched everything to do with my wedding! They had a 'bed and breakfast' themed table full of yummy breakfast foods; crepes with lots of toppings, muffins, cakes, and little smokies! They really made me feel like a special bride and like it was my special day. I was so glad to have my mom and sister's there with me. They are great support. Then we had to say goodbye to Mason and Sheldon. They were off to do fun boy activities!!!
Here's all of the fun tables and different decorations they did!!! They are so creative! Grandma Gwen made me the cutest apron and everyone that came signed their name on it and some wrote cute advice or comments. Mayna said, "kiss the cook." She always makes me laugh!
I was so blessed to have so many family and friends there. We had a pretty good snow storm and a lot of the roads were closed and many couldn't make it. I had a really good turn out and received such a fun variety of things for our future 'Mallory Home.' We are so excited. Ains had such a great idea for my bridal shower theme. Everyone was assigned to a different room in our home. She had the kitchen, pantry, living room, throne room (bathroom), game room, bedroom, brides closet (which Ains had a fun time shopping for). Very creative rooms and ideas.
Here's all of the wonderful guests that came, plus more!
Some of the fun gifts we received.
Then it was time for round two on Saturday. Denise threw me another fun Bridal Shower. She had the theme 'fill your pantry.' We got such a fun and yummy variety of different foods. We definitely have a wonderful start on our food storage. I sure feel better about having a lot of food to start off our marriage with, especially with Sheldon's bottomless stomach! It is such a relief to because all that food will save so much money as we start out our little family. Grandma Charlie started practicing on our beautiful cake, which we they served, along with berry frappe', and cookies. I can hardly wait to see what our real wedding cake will look like. The practice round was already so good and yummy chocolate cake!!! Denise had a cute little table with a picture of us on it! and some cute hanging doves! Sheldon and I are so blessed to be apart of a caring, supportive and fun family!!!

Collin Raye and Camille Weekend Fun!!!

We had Camille come and stay the weekend with us, to get her out of the house and away from all of her stresses and schoolwork. We had several surprises planned out for her fun weekend of freedom and relaxation. I picked her up in Poky and drove her to my place in Rexburg. We got all ready and cute. Then we took her to this new burger joint, 'Sammy's' that has homemade burgers and fries and pie shakes. We had these tickets to go to a place that she did not know what or where it was, and the suspense was killing her. We surprised her and took her to Sheldon's favorite country artist, Collin Raye, which was a surprise for her since she had no clue who he was. But once she heard his songs, she new them and was signing along. It was a really fun and clean concert. We ended the weekend by having a Mary-Kate and Ashley movie marathon all Saturday and then we took her to the Battle of the Dance. Unfortunately she ended the weekend by getting bronchitis. It was so fun to have her come and stay with me and have some quality sister-sister bonding time.

~Masquerade Ball~

Sheldon and I got to go to our First Formal Dance together!! And might I add, it was the best dance I have ever been to, WITH the Best looking guy ever! We doubled with my roommate Vanessa and her boyfriend Dane Entze. We had a fun dinner, dance, and movie. What the perfect weekend date. We had yummy spaghetti, garlic bread, and cherry lime sodas (Sheldon's specialty) that the guys made while Van and I got all pretty.
They started off the dance with a school signing group breaking out in the song "Masquerade" from the Phantom of the Opera. They have a fun jazz band and a couple of groups signing. We swing danced and slowed danced, all up until I got sick with vertigo, which is not ideal while already spinning around dancing. Sheldon took very good care of me. We ended of the night by watching The Princess Bride, which I fell asleep during.

Kenny Rogers and the Oakridge Boys concert

During our first week up here at school, Sheldon and I got to go see the Oakridge Boys and Kenny Rogers in concert. We had originally bought the tickets for my parents, but they were unable to come, so we got to go!!!! It was actually a really good concert. Sheldon's parents came up to switch us cars and we were able to have dinner with them and spend some time with them.

Reinactment of our Engagement!!!!

Our Future on December 30, 2010 for Time and All Eternity!!!!
On the night of our engagement I had this feeling to take my camera, and I forgot and was so sad and disappointed that I did. So we of course had to go back and reinact our engagement so we would have pictures for the special moment, time and memory we had of how our love story began.

We started off with dinner at Johnny Carino's. My second favorite restaurant, next to Olive Garden. Then to a walk around the Twin Falls Temple. The future for our eternal marriage.

Then down the canyon by the river, golf course, and waterfalls for a scenic drive.

Kennlyn and Jaxson came along for the ride! They are so cute! Can't wait for them to be my first niece and nephew!

Off to Murtaugh Lake where it all happened!!!!
First Dance!!!!
AHHH....... the moment!!!!

YIPEEEE!!!!! It has finally happened!!!!

My First flowers from Sheldon. He picked them out himself and his mom arranged them. I love them and they are my favorite flowers!!! He knows me to well!!!
